Round
Tables - an instrument of ecumenical sharing of resources
involving church-related partners - are the medium through which regional
and national priorities are identified and appropriate responses,
based on effective sharing and solidarity, implemented.
The Africa
Desk organized a Round Table capacity-building workshop in Nairobi
in November 2002. It brought together senior staff from a number of
national RTs; a manual on ecumenical project management was distributed
to all African RTs.
During
the year, the desk also participated in core group and RT meetings
in Burundi, Mozambique, South Africa, Sudan and Uganda.

Table Guidlines".)
