This Senegalese youth agency's background is Church-related, but its main affiliation today is with the World Organization of Scout Movements. Program: EES offers summer workcamps lasting one to three months; other positions however, are available throughout the year. Work may include construction, training, agriculture, health, and environmental protection. Requirements: No special skills required, but EES looks for people with background in administration, agriculture, child care, teaching, training, and public relations. French is useful but not compulsory. Minimum age: 18. Lodging is provided, but volunteers must cover other costs. Deadline: Applications must be made by December for the following year.
